Counsel holds the docket. This page lists subject matter and license posture so a partner can diligence the estate. Application numbers, claim charts, and the assignment file stay with counsel — they are not copied here.
What Acme owns
The yard graph, occupancy-aware dispatch, and the on-vehicle interlock that refuses a move the safety PLC has not pre-cleared. Perception weights trained on customer yards are ours to use under the MSA; the bags are not ours to take home.
Filings
Two provisionals cover (1) dispatch that will not assign a door the WMS has not released and (2) the PLC interlock on the tractor. Both are counsel-held. If a later filing publishes, this page will say so. Until then there is nothing to Google.
Inbound licenses
The manufacturing partner licenses the tractor CAN / SDK under a field-of-use limited to inside-the-fence moves. Non-exclusive. We do not own vehicle IP and we do not sublicense the partner's stack. The site license we sell is software.
Open source
Linux and ROS 2 on the vehicle computer, plus a typical MIT / Apache library set. No copyleft in the on-vehicle motion path. An SBOM is on request; it is not pasted into the room.
Outbound
The standard MSA is a site license, not a patent grant. We do not offer a patent cross-license in the first paper. Trade secrets: unlabeled maps, raw bags, and the unlabeled override log.
A public fork should drop counsel's schedule on this slug. Keep patents and licenses on their own page — do not fold them into the cap table.
